Weeding Racing looks to continue hot run
Craig Weeding and the team will be out on Monday to continue their good recent run when they travel to Albury.

Since scoring a double at Narrandera on June 15 with Smart Poppy (Holly Durnan) and Ruperts Red Rocket (Jake Duffy), the team has been on a winning streak.
They landed victories with Smart Poppy (Sarah McDonough) at Gundagai on June 29, Oimbari (Hannah Edgley) at Corowa on July 1, and Arachidi (Milos Bunjevac) at Wangaratta on Saturday, July 6, showcasing their prowess and determination.

At Albury, Weeding Racing will start three leading chances.

Bookmakers are keeping Angel Of Spring (James Innes Jnr, 55.5kg) safe, with the three-year-old $4.80 in the 1400m Maiden Handicap.
She ran an eye-catching third at Gundagai late last month when third-up, and the stable is expecting a forward showing from gate four.

Toronto Rain (Amy O'Driscoll, 59kg) gets in with a three-kilogram claim and is drawn well in gate four.
Another runner being kept safe ($9.50), the four-year-old should be primed third-up today in the 1175m Benchmark 58 Handicap for the fillies and mares.

Rounding out the stable's chances is last-start winner Ruperts Red Rocket (Logan McNeil, 61.5kg) in the 1175m Benchmark 58 Handicap for the colts and geldings.
Another each-way chance at $9, the 5YO should appreciate the extra distance and could very well go back-to-back.
